1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIToolsA2Z (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AIToolsA2Z provides web-based AI tools for image manipulation, background removal, and perspective alteration (the "Camera Angles" tool). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Content Policies

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Upload contents that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Attempt to breach or reverse engineer the algorithms and networks underlying our AI nodes.

We reserve the right to ban accounts associated with consistent generation of disallowed content.

4. Credits and Billing

Our advanced AI generations (such as High-Definition renders) cost "Credits". Credits are purchased via our pricing page.

• Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire.
• If a rendering completely fails due to an internal server error, the credited cost will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
• Credits are non-transferable and hold no real-world cash value outside the proprietary AIToolsA2Z ecosystem.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. AI image outputs are highly variable and subjective in quality.
