Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the AIToolsA2Z platform, software directory, AI image rendering services, or PDF utility modules (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIToolsA2Z.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service in any capacity.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service (such as purchasing credit packages, submitting products, or viewing guest blog status), you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your password and authentication tokens.
• Promptly notify us at support@aitoolsa2z.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of account security.

You are fully responsible for all actions, uploads, transactions, and changes that occur under your registered user credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

We respect user rights and assert appropriate protections over proprietary property:

• User Uploads & Input Assets: You retain complete ownership rights over all raw images, texts, and source assets you upload or type into the Service. By uploading, you grant AIToolsA2Z a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, parse, and transmit your assets to our rendering nodes strictly to perform the requested processing.
• Output Generations: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the output files (e.g., background-removed images) yielded by our AI tools. You are granted a commercial license to distribute and adapt these outputs.
• AIToolsA2Z Core Material: All software code, site layout styling, logo marks, graphics, copywriting, metadata, database directories, and systems are the exclusive property of AIToolsA2Z and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, extract, or republish them without written authorization.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service, or upload any files, in a manner that:

• Infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party intellectual property, patent, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights.
• Contains malicious code, scripts, trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, or spyware.
• Involves reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of our algorithms, frontend frameworks, or backend APIs.
• Uses automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to crawl, index, or scrape product entries, user reviews, database indexes, or blogs.
• Attempts to overload, crash, or bypass security barriers on our server clusters or image rendering APIs (such as DDoS attacks).

Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and potential legal action depending on severity.

5. Credits, Submission Packages & Billing

Certain advanced features on AIToolsA2Z (such as high-definition AI generations) require purchasing Credits.

• Submission Packages: Listings in our AI tool directory require a paid submission fee. This fee covers human review, copywriting formatting, category assignment, and publication labor.
• Credits Behavior: Unused credits from one-time packages do not expire. Credits hold no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable between separate accounts.
• Billing: Transactions are handled securely by PayPal. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase. AIToolsA2Z reserves the right to adjust credit pack pricing at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITOOLSA2Z DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE. THE QUALITY OF AI-RENDERED OUTPUT IS SUBJECTIVE AND VARIABLE. AITOOLSA2Z WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR REVENUE DAMAGE ARISING FROM INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AITOOLSA2Z'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO AITOOLSA2Z FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIToolsA2Z, its officers, employees, agents, and API supplier nodes from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete your user account and block access to our Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior detrimental to other users.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India (with arbitration/mediation explored as a first remedy where appropriate).
