Because our generative tools utilize immediate cloud computing resources and API requests, all purchases are generally non-refundable except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Digital AI Credits (Pro Packages)

We offer access to our AI tools via a digital "Credit" balance purchased in bundle packages.

• Unused Bundles: You are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used or consumed any credits from that specific bundle.
• Consumed Bundles: If you consume even a single credit from a purchased bundle, that package is classified as active and becomes completely ineligible for a cash refund.
• Failed API Generations: If an AI render task completely fails to execute due to an internal server error or API timeout on our rendering nodes, your account credits will be automatically restored to your balance. If the system fails to auto-restore, please contact support for manual adjustment. We do not refund credits for outputs that fail to meet subjective artistic expectations.

3. AI Tool Directory Submission Packages

Listing fees for submitting products to the AIToolsA2Z software index cover editorial indexing labor and permanent backlink building:

• Editorial Rejection Refund: If a submitted tool is rejected by our editorial review team because it fails to meet quality criteria (e.g. if the tool is non-functional, spam, or redirects to phishing content), the user will receive a **100% refund** of the listing fee. This refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, or the user can choose to submit an alternative product.
• Cancellation Before Review: If you purchase a tool listing package but change your mind **before filling out the submission details and queueing it for review**, you can request a refund within **7 days** of transaction.
• Published Listings: Once a tool has been approved, formatted, and published on AIToolsA2Z.com, the submission fee is **100% non-refundable**, as the search indexes are deployed and the backlink is permanently active.

4. Recurring Subscription Cancellations

If you enroll in a monthly or annual subscription tier, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard:

• Cancellations halt future recurring charges but **do not trigger retroactive refunds** for the active or previous billing cycles.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription package benefits and credit allocations until the final day of your current billing period.

5. How to File a Refund Request
