Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At AIToolsA2Z, we strive to provide the best AI generation capabilities possible. Because the generation of new, manipulated images utilizes heavy computational resources that cannot be recouped, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Digital Credits

We offer the Service primarily through a digital "Credit" token system.

• If you purchase a credit bundle and change your mind before using any of the purchased credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction.
• Once you have consumed any portion of a purchased credit bundle, that transaction is no longer eligible for a cash refund.

3. Failed Generations

If an AI generation attempt completely fails due to an error on our backend nodes (e.g., an API timeout or internal server error), the system is designed to automatically cancel the credit deduction.

If you believe credits were deducted for a completely failed task that did not return a valid result, please contact support, and we will restore those credits to your account balance manually. Note that outputs not meeting subjective artistic standards are not classified as "financial errors" and are ineligible for credit restoration.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations halt future billing, but do not retroactively refund previous billing cycles. You will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
